Event Description:
KORINGBERG FUNDURO
There will be 2 routes, the red loop and the green loop. All 2 wheelers and quads welcome.
The 2018 Red Loop is +-35km, the loop will take you twice up and down the mountain. There will be some interesting hill climbs, some rocky down hills, technical sections and open fast sections. We are planning an extreme hill climb section that will run out of the red route for the riders that are looking for something interesting.
The 2018 Green Route is about +-15km with a lekker chilled scenic climb to the top of the mountain and the green and red route share the same route down the mountain to the finish.
There will be food and drink stalls at the venue.
Place : Koringberg Town Hall, Koringberg, Western Cape
Directions – Take the N7 from Cape Town. Approx 10km past Moorreesburg, turn left to Koringberg.

We ridden this event for the last 3 or 4 years, and found it to be one of the best organised events. The route was interesting and varied and the marking was superb. The final descent was very interesting! We will definitely be riding this event again.
